John Young & Young Group is one of the well-known real estate business group of companies in Thailand. The group first commenced its business on November 28, 1988 when Mr. John Young established “John Young Co., Ltd.” with an initial registered capital of Thai Baht (THB) 1.4 million. The company is regarded as the first real estate agent founded by Thai persons. Its business covers Marketing and Sales Management of various real estate projects i.e. residential condominiums, office buildings, shopping complexes, country resorts and housing projects.

The group has growth very rapidly. Since 1988, John Young & Young Group has successfully completed two major projects namely, “Young Place Grand Le Jardin” Phaholyothin Soi 37 in 1989 and “ Young Place – Sukhumvit” in 1991, situated in the center of Sukhumvit area, which is the most prime location of Bangkok. These two projects involved the revenue of more than Baht 1.0 billion.

In 1989, consistent with the rapid growth in properties development business, the group set up its own project development company named “Westin One (1989) Co., Ltd.” in order to handle the group’s first project “Young Place Grand Le Jardin”. The group also started its involvement in the architecture business by setting up a company called “Young Architect Co., Ltd.” in the same year.

Currently, John Young & Young Group is concentrated in marketing and sales of Non-performance assets, thus converts them to Performing-investment by a team of proficient staff. Clients can be confident of the company’s long-standing experience in marketing and sales management.
